Failure to make timely payments may result in work stoppage and additional fees. Manny Construction reserves the right to file a mechanic’s lien on the property in accordance with Idaho lien laws if payment obligations are not met.

6. Warranties & Workmanship

Manny Construction takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship backed by over 22 years of experience. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be outlined in your individual project contract.

We do not warrant that materials provided by third-party suppliers are free from defects, but we will work in good faith to address any manufacturer defects within the terms of applicable product warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Idaho law, Manny Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or inability to use our website.
  • Delays caused by weather, material shortages, permit delays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Changes in project scope requested by the client after work has begun.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific work at issue.

  • Ensuring safe and reasonable access to the work site during scheduled work hours.
  • Notifying Manny Construction of any known hazardous materials, underground utilities, or site conditions that could affect the work.

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in project delays, additional costs, or suspension of work.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Manny Construction website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Manny Construction or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
